General Billing Information.

Standard Labor Rates: All services require a minimum of 1hour (unless stated otherwise.)

1. In-store : $60.00/hr (min. 1hr. $60 charge)
2. Remote : $60.00/hr (min. ½ hr. $30 charge)
3. On-Site Residential: $75.00/hr w/$25.00 Travel Charge (min. 1hr. $100 charge)
4. On-Site Business : $85.00/hr w/$25.00 Travel Charge (min. 1hr. $110 charge)
5. On-Site Tier 3-4: $100.00/hr w/$25.00 Travel Charge (min. 1hr. $125 charge)
6. Saturday rate: Time and a Half Stand Rate w/$25.00 Travel Charge (min. 1hr. $152.50 charge)
7. Sunday rate: Double Time w/$25.00 Travel Charge (min. 1hr. $195.00 charge)

Contracts: All contracts have no travel charge and incur a minimum 1 hour service fee (unless stated otherwise.)

Residential Contracts:

1. 4 hr - $260.00 = $65.00/hr* (maintenance only ½ hr. minimum – includes remote)

*Note: any standard service will be prorated (1 hour minimum + ¼ hour added to bill for $ difference)

2. 5hr - $375.00 = $75.00/hr

3. 10hr - $650.00 = $65.00/hr

4. 15hr - $900.00 = $60.00/hr

Small Business Contracts: (Must have 4 computers or less)

1. 10hr - $800.00 = $80.00/hr

2. 20hr - $1500.00 = $75.00/hr

Business Contracts: (Unlimited Computers)

1. 20hr - $1600.00 = $80.00/hr

2. 40hr - 3000.00 = $75.00/hr

Tier 3/4 Contracts: (Server work)

1. 20hr $1900.00 = $95.00/hr

2. 40hr $3400.00 = $85.00/hr

3. 80hr $6000.00 = $75.00/hr

In-Shop Contracts: (Great Discounts on our already Low In Shop Rates)

1. 5hr - $240.00 = $48.00/hr (this can be used for in-shop or remote services) 

Business Remote Support Contracts:

1. 5hr - $300.00 = $60.00/hr

2. 10hr - $500.00 = $55.00/hr

3. 20hr - $1000.00 = $50.00/hr 

Small Church Contracts: (Must have 4 computers or less)

1. 5hr - $350.00 = $70.00/hr

2. 10hr - $650.00 = $65.00/hr

3. 20hr - $1200.00 = $60.00/hr

Website/Database Contracts: (Phone Support Included on Contracts)

1. 10hr - $600.00 = $60.00/hr

2. 20hr - $1100.00 = $55.00/hr

3. 45hr - $1800.00 = $45.00/hr
